Asphalt Milling
When the structure is still sound, milling is the practical way to reset a lot without rebuilding it from dirt.
Milling removes the oxidized, rutted, or bird-bathed surface so the new mat bonds to something real. It also lets us hold existing grades at doors, drains, and ADA ramps instead of building a lip you will trip on.
We mill parking lots, driveways, and access roads across Palmetto and the surrounding corridor, then overlay in the same mobilization whenever the schedule allows.
