Pavement lasts as long as what is under it. We excavate, haul, and prep so the section you paid for is the section you get.
Excavation on a paving job is not a bonus line. It is the job. We cut to the design depth, get unsuitable material off the site, and leave a subgrade that can take compaction without pumping.
Residential tear-outs and commercial reconstructions both start here. Skipping it is how a new surface fails in two seasons.
